Upgrade from DOS V6.0

Ask any questions you have about purchasing R&R ReportWorks. Will it work with my operating system? Will it access my database? Can I convert my old reports?

Upgrade from DOS V6.0

We have been using V6.0 (DOS)(five users) of R&R for years. I know that we can upgrade to the newest version (10 ). ____Will we be able to convert our RP1 files so that we can use them in the newest version? Will we get away from the "capture" problems we are currently having to do because of the DOS version? We are Novell now but changing to Windows 2000 Servers shortly. Would the Windows workstation printer (network printer) become the default for the user of the new version of R&R? Thanks!

When you open a RP1, Version 10+ will automatically use the current windows default printer. No special configuration is required.____Kathleen__R&R Support

[updated:LAST EDITED ON Mar-18-04 AT 12:39 PM (EST)]Also, on the shortcut menu from Programs, one of the features isan app called Report Converter. I think you can select your RP1^s and it will convert them over.
