how much upgrade v9.0 to v10.0

Dear friends:____I am a R & R v9.0 user, my serial number is 0090-3649-6994-7609 ____I have to questions...____I am trying to find the file RSWRUN.EXE which the documentation explains as the Report Viewer, but I can^t find it, can you send it to me ?____How much would it cost to upgrade to R&R v10.0 ?____Best regards__Eduardo Cortez
