Exit without Saving

There seem to be several places where a message box is displayed, but there are no buttons.____Examples...____Start a new Report, make some change to it, and select File | Exit____A message box is displayed which states ^Save changes to report ^Untitled?^, but there are no buttons. Your only option is to save changes then exit.____Using the SQL version, create a Join on some tables and then select Delete for the join. You are presented with the same type message box with no buttons.____FYI, I am running on Vista Ultimate. Don^t know if that makes a difference, but could.
