Get more R&R in the marketplace

If the runtime libraries and ODBC drivers where seperated out into independant installers that would make it easier for developers to distribute R&R to clients. More developers would use R&R - there would be more users who would want to write reports in R&R - and more full product would be sold. As it is it is easier to change to a different product than fight R&Rs hopeless help files on the subject which is at best missleading and worses WRONG, and as for the rest of your support. By the time however you sort this out you will probably have lost this customer and ALL of our clients!!!!!!!!!
