New function MLOOKUP

You have CLOOKUP, NLOOKUP, DLOOKUP, etc ... but you don^t have a function to lookup MEMO fields. I suggest you create a MLOOKUP. Would help simplify the report I am creating.

But, I want same the Calculation Fields: IIF(ISA, MemoField1, "I Want Show my Word in Here, Maybe It^s Char Type, How can I change the Char to memo or Text Type? Thanks!")____Thanks! Happy New Year.
