If regional settings in the Control panel are not set to English - United States, (for example,English - Canada) R&R 8.1 will not correctly display reports that are designed as full-page forms. The vertical spacing of bands is corrupted, forcing a single page form onto a second page.____Resetting Regional Settings back to English - United States allows the form to display correctly.____This fault has been in the R&R since version 7.0 and has never been addressed. It makes the distribution of the R&R runtime outside of the US very problematic.__
