Unable to read report data file

I experience same problem with same error message. The reason behind is that the traffic between the activeX client(behind Firewall) to the web server is not open. In fact I^m trying to figure out which port number is being used by the ActiveX viewer.____I believe there should be a technical documetation that guild users on configuring firewall to enable Web Report viewer. Any pointer to such documentation will be very much appreciated.____
