Kathleen,____We^ve been using PDFeburst for a while now and are on version 2.0. We have a single user license. That user recently got upgraded to a new PC, and she^s now finding that when she tries to Eburst a large PDF file (one containing 60 pages with each page going to a separate email address), the first several pages eburst fine, but then she gets this error message:____Run-time error ^-2147417851 (80010105)^__Automation error__The server threw an exception.____On her old PC, she ebursted a similar file each month without any problems. Do you know what^s causing the error and what we need to do to fix it? Thanks.____Audrey Kauffman__BETA Healthcare Group__akauffman@betahg.com

Yes - everything about the PC is identical except it^s a newer, faster PC. We^re using Microsoft Outlook/Exchange for email. The version of Outlook is 2003, which was the same on her old PC.

Kathleen - we^re still having this problem with long PDF files. Eburst works fine on files up to about 20 pages. If I split a 60 page PDF file into three 20-page files, it works fine. But any long PDF file (defined as over 20 pages) bombs with the error reported initially. I have tried saving the 60-page file to the local hard drive and then Ebursting (instead of Ebursting the file off our network) and it still bombs after about 20 pages. What^s the best way to get help troubleshooting this? Thanks.____Audrey Kauffman__Vice President, Information Services__BETA Healthcare Group
