Rattle RSWRUN Processes

When I run reports using RattleRR the RSWRUN process on the web server is not terminated after closing the viewer. Thus, after a short while I have lots of RSWRUN processes running which are taking up resources. Is there any way of ending these processes once the report has completed.____Thanks in advance,____Graham

I think that this should be happening automatically.__Does this occur with any client running any report?__What server platform are you using?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Yes it appears to be leaving 3 unterminated processes every time a report is requested from any client for any report. The web server is running Windows 2000 Server (IIS 5.0) and I have used both XP (IE 6) and Windows 2000 (IE 5.5) clients.____Thanks,____Graham
