Unable to read report data file

Post by Ng_(Guest) » Tue Jul 20, 2004 4:59 am

I_ve a problem with the R&R Report port number, due to currently we do have one firewall which is sit in front of our server and we don_t know which port number that R&R Report using. Reason is we want to do some security policies in our firewall to block some others services, once we set the policies for the R&R Report then the web report can_t open and show the error message. However, if we set the R&R policies to any under the services fields in firewall then the report is open and I don_t think this is the right way for the policies. Please Help .....

We use port 80. You might want to have a look at message 35 posted in this forum for a similar issue and how one user managed to work around it.____Kathleen__R&R Support
