Report with a lot of boxes

One of our customers has a problem while printing a R&R-report on his new Kyocera-printer (Type KM-2530 - 160 MB memory). __The report is printed using the R&R-runtime RRWRUN.EXE v10.0.012.____It^s a report that contains a lot of boxes, 26 Record-lines with 13 boxes on each line.____Printing goes wrong after 40-50 pages. The boxes are still printed (until the last page), but the characters (in the header, body & footer) are not printed anymore.__His supplier installed already the most recent printer-drivers, but without any success.____When we send the report to the a PDF-file (via "R&R PDF Export" or another PDF-printer), we have the same problems.__When we show a preview, all pages are shown correctly. ____At our site, we don^t have these problems.____Does anyone have some ideas of items I can check ? ____Thanks____

That almost sounds like we have introduced some kind of memory problem into V12. Does the same report run correctly (using the same printer) if you revert to an earlier version of R&R?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Problem was solved by replacing some hardware components in the printer.__
