Error When Printing

__ Hello,__I am getting an error on only 2 of my users PC^s. When they try to print to an HP laserjet 1320. The error seems to be generated by R&R works. ____here is a screenshot of the error...______http://img242.imageshack.us/img242/3933/huiohi9nw.jpg____ ____

How is the report being called? Have you set any values for RI_WPTR or RI_PORT?____Kathleen__R&R Support____

Hey the report is being pulled by a foxpro application...____As for the values I am not sure...

We do have to be able to select which printer we want to print to...____Because when my users print this report, it does not go to the same printer everytime...

Try adding the line:____PDFDRIVER=0____to the DEFAULTS section of c:windowsRRW.INI____and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Unfortunatly that didn^t work...____I noticed that another user in this forum is having the same problem...

That user is Gerard and it seems there is no solution to the problem...
