R&R bombing Out - 3rd Post

This is my third post to do with this problem. __The Run time is erroring out or not just printing.__Kathleen suggested setting RI_WPTR to Default but this does not give an option to select a printer, so is not a soution.____This has happened at this stage in so many sites that confidence in R&R is at an all time low and our own software is being seriously questioned.____Is this an intrinsic bug in R&R that cannot be fixed ?______
