Print issue with WinServer 2003

I have a client who has a clipper app using RR 9. The app runs fine on an XP box, however, when recently moved to a Win 2003 server, it no longer prints. The program acts normally and continues processing after the print command, however, no error is issued nor is a page printed. Since this is supposed to print their invoices, it^s a major problem. Has anybody else had issues with 2003 server?____Here^s what happens:__I don^t know if this will help but when I print a batch of finals the__program gets stuck on printing final invoices. I have to control alt__delete, go to task manager and pick RR, then continue when the printer__screen pops up. This is for the first invoice only; when I send the__next invoice, the printer screen will appear without going to task__manager.____Thanks for any info that may be out there.

Is the file CDINTF.DLL present on the machine? What is RI_WPTR set to in the application?____Kathleen__R&R Support
