error message when running a report

One of my users repeatedly gets the R&R error signature message when running a particular report.__Any ideas.__Thanks__

Need more info.____Does the same report run correctly for other users?__What version of R&R? Is it runtime or the designer?__What error are they getting?__Does the error occur only for one report?______Kathleen__R&R Support

Is it runtime or the designer?__What error are they getting?__Does the error occur only for one report?____No the same report doesn^t run for other users.__They are using V10, runtime. __The error message is R&R Report Viewer, SQL Edition has encountered a problem and needs to close.__This problem only occurs on this specific report.

Hi Katheen____I have asked the user to look at the repcont table and they say that some entries have a ? in RI-WPTR and some are blank. The report in question that is causing the problem is not in the table.____Thanks Linda

Thanks for your trouble but the user now informs me that for some reason the report has started working again.____Linda
