New printer causing error

We have a report that has been run successfully for some time. When a new printer was installed and we try to print the report we get the error message:____Rrw.exe has generated an error and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the programme. An error log will be created.____1) where is the error log placed and what is it^s name?__2) could the problem be in the data as other reports print OK to the new printer?____

R&R Version 8 Build 923.0.0.__ __The make and model of the new printer is HP Laserjet 4250 PCL 6.__

What happens if you open the report, select the printer but do not print and then save the report, close the report and re-open the report.____Kathleen__R&R Support
