Static ParameteRR value

I have a parameteRR field with static list of values: OPEN and CLOSED. Users are supposed to select from the list. However, some users are used to type the parameter values, so instead of selecting from the pre-defined value list, they typed in the value and overwrote the pre-defined value. I have the OPEN set as default value and when users typed CLOSED, the OPEN option got overwrote with CLOSED and the report results are wrong. Is there a way preventing users typing in the value? ____I am using R&R 12.1.001. Thanks.

Do you have Replace Default with Input Value checked on the Value tab of the parameterr field definition?____Kathleen__R&R Support
