Post by radhak » Wed Nov 14, 2007 4:43 am

Kathleen,____I have written a couple of reports and was working fine on V12.1.001.____But, I re-installed the software (R&R) and now for some unknow reason when ever I try to open the .rrw files (not al but some of them) do not open but after some time it comes up saying "not responding"____I have a lot of good reports which I would like to use but can not because of this.____I need help in order to find out the reason and get this back to the normal state.____Your immediate response is much appreciated.

Try adding the line:__PDFDRIVER=0 ____to the DEFAULTS section of RRW.INI and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

We upgraded to V12 recently. It works fine with some of our existing reports but others it simply hangs.____I have PDFDriver=0____When you crash out of R&R and look at what MS proposes is sent to them it lists appcompat.txt. It implies there is a compatibility problem but other reports accessing this particular MS Access database are working fine (although taking a long time to load).____Any ideas?__
