Color quality in 12.5

I have a client who is using version 10 and she says the color quality is only 16 bit. What is the color quality in version 12.5?____She uses a bitmap for her company logo and the green just does not match up well at all using version 10. If the color quality in 12.5 is 32bit or greater she is looking to upgrade.____Thanks,____Jeff.

We haven^t changed the basic 16-color palette in any new versions.
