garbled characters on report

We have a report that prints from a windows application on a shared Network laser printer HP 4250N__The report comes out frequently with garbled charachters on it__any idea why?

It could be a memory issue of some sort. Can you give me more details on the problem? What R&R version? Does it occur with all reports? Is it every time a particular report is run?____Kathleen__R&R Support
