We have created PDFs using the R&R_PDF_Export print driver. This has worked well for a few years. This tax season we are seeing something new. After the PDFs have been created our users will call them up using our Foxpro application (running through our Presentation Server 4.0 Citrix server) and the report fields are sometimes colored with a background color. The color will be consistant within the one run of the report, but the color may be different each time you run the report. Once again it is only the background of the data fields.

That is certainly strange. What happens if you preview the report rather than doing an output to PDF?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Are you sure all the users have the same citrix screen resolution. If they only have 256 colors set, then many colors will not work. We have experienced this in other applications.
