Running R&R with 120 DPI

We have a user who has vision problem and is using 120 DPI for her video card (regular is 96 DPI). All the reports we have are created using 96 DPI. When the 120 DPI user run reports, the formatting is messed up, espically for box and lines which will run over to the second page. We are using R&R 12.1.001.____Do you have any suggestions for us to fix this problem? Thanks.
