Utility or Command line switch

Post by Alex_Marrow_(Guest) » Thu May 29, 2008 10:30 am

We use MOM 6.0 and when we converted from 5.x to 6 we went through the date-time, dbc change. Alot of our reports needed conversion. __ We have many reports when opened in R&R loose their original field names and variables as their loaded. This mostly is ok. However there are some without any docs in which we don^t know what fields were used for queries, etc. You can print out the format information through R&R but it doesn^t include what was ^Deleted^ on the way in. Is there a utility or command switch for R&R that will ignore the missing data and enable us to print out the format?______Thanks____Alex

You might want to look at ReportScript http://planbestore.bizland.com/ReportScript.htm____It is a utility that allows you to view report contents and print a report spec without needing to open the report.____If you use this tool, you can know what the original fields/data types were in the saved report and will know what to change when you open the report against MOM 6.____I use this all the time for just that purpose.____Regards,__Kathleen__R&R Support
