Image is always auto-resized

Hi all,__ I^m using R&R Report Writer ver 8.1 Build 8.1.027. The part that^s causing me problem is after I inserted an image, saved the template, close and reopen it again, the image now has clearly been resized.____Anyone know how to fix this? TIA.

From further observation. It looks as though when R&R save the image info, the dimension that it^s saved in is in inches and when the template is invoke/reopen the image is sized based on this info causing the image to be resized. ____The size of the image that I am using is 154x84 pixel.____Any help is appreciated as one of our user refuse to sign off the job as completed as long as this issue is unresolved.______TIA.
