Rapid Runner shuttingdown in Citrix

Hi All,____Got a problem with Rapid Runner ver 2.1.0001 in that it shuts down when running on a Citrix desktop. It just vanishes off the screen, no warning, no message afterwards, nothing, just zap and it^s gone. It usually happens when trying to select a report, run a report set or printing a report to screen, but not everytime. ____Any help would be appreciated.____Thanks ____Tim
