R&R PDF EXPORT Error ver. 10.0.012

I^ve developed a Visual FoxPro application for a client and when they run the app they are unable to create reports. They are getting the an error 82: Cannot match printer or port in control file.____All the reports were developed using Version 10.0.012.____I^ve installed similar apps at many other clients and they^ve never had this problem. ____I^ve been reading through the forum and I see others are experiencing the same problem. Exactly what do I need to provide to my clients so the reports will generate? Is it just a file or do they need to install something else? Can I build it into my app so it^s invisible to the client?____The 2nd question is why are some clients not experiencing this problem? The only common factor is that I developed for those clients using ver 6.5 some years ago.____I appreciate any help you can provide.______

Sorry... should have told you that. I have ^R&R PDF Export^ Ri_wptr field. Also, I should have said that I^ve used this exact "pdf" setup with other clients and have never experienced this problem. Additionally, I just bought a new laptop and have not loaded any software yet. I thought this would be a perfect test environment to recreate what my client might be experiencing. I^m getting the same error. From what I^ve read it appears that I need some type of PDF reader/creator/utility installed on the PC where my software will be installed. I just need to know exactly what that software is (please see my first post).____Thanks for getting back to me on this. It^s appreciated!__

I failed to include the file ^ACFPDF.TXT^ with this clients installation files. I didn^t imagine a single .txt file could make a difference but it did.____Thanks for your assistance.__

Inffo on the PDF driver is found in the /PDFFILES folder on your R&R install CD.____Kathleen__R&R Support
