In Ver 12 __1. If doing a lokup form a DBF (In ParamRR field) is there anyway of soritng the columns or having an Incrmental type lookup____2. Again for Lookups, we have a .DBF table which holds all our lookups , each set with a key e.g.__Field1 Field2__REP John__REP Mike__REP Bill__AREA USA__AREA EUROPE__AREA ASIA__AREA CHINA____Is there any way to limit the Lookup based on a column__e.g. Only show records where column1 = AREA______

There is not a way to filter a lookup table. It parameter lookups will always show the entire table so you would need to have separate lookup tables for separate listings.____Kathleen__R&R Support
