Save button closes R&R

Our users connect to our application server via a Citrix connection. When they click the save button in Report Writer it saves the report. But it also closes Report Writer. We have a client who has the same setup and it happens to them as well. We have a different client who requires a VPN connection first, then a Citrix connection; at this client they do not get knocked out of Report Writer when they click the save button. ____Now all three of us are using old Report Writer ver 9. Do we know if upgrading to Works will solve this issue?____Thanks,____Jeff.

Try adding the line:__LIBRARIAN=OFF____to the DEFAULTS section of windows rw.ini and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Two Citrix server (small Citrix farm) and one application server did not have LIBRARIAN=OFF within the DEFAULTS section. I entered this line and had my users try again, they reported back it still knocks them out of R&R after saving the report.____Jeff
