rr memory cannot be read crash

One of our customers has this issue. When closing the designer it crashes with a memory cannot be read error. I have added the following to the defaults section of the rrw.ini in the c:windows folder on the Citrix servers. It actually helped a few other places where RR crashed but not with the designer.____PRINTER=DEFAULT__LIBRARIAN=OFF__DICTIONARY=0____Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.____Thanks,____Dave McGuriman__PAR Springer-Miller Systems

Try copying your RRW.INI to the same folder as RRW.EXE.__Maybe it is not really reading the INI that you have modified.______Kathleen__R&R Support

Unfortunately putting the ini in same folder as rrw.exe also had no effect.
