Thanks for the clarification. It^s too bad the contractor that supplied the PDF utility didn^t provide for a smoother failure mechanism, since renaming the file will affect other users who might have the necessary permissions.____Maybe they would accept the suggestion from Liveware to update it with a simple message like "Unable to install PDF driver."

We have added an INI file setting PDFDriver=0 in the DEFAULTS sectionof R?W.INI that will allow you to control this on a per machine basis.____Kathleen__R&R Support
