Supressing blank fields

New to R&R, looking for a way to surpress a blank field. In other words if there is a data for a particualar field dispay it, if not move on without taking up the space for the field.

In Format Record Layout, check the box Compress record/group lines if you want to not leave a blank line on the layout if a field is empty.____If it is across a line then you can set the fields to print at end of previous field. If a field is blank then the next field in line will print at the end of the one before the blank.____Kathleen__R&R Support
