rswrun.exe - Access Violation

Post by ericmiller2000 » Thu Nov 14, 2002 5:26 pm

I have the R&R Version 9.0 runtime (only) installed on two Windows-NT workstations. Whenever I run rswrun.exe on either of these computers I get a Dr. Watson error as soon as I exit from the program. This happens even when I exit from the first dialog screen before selecting any report. After that, when I try to run it again, the system puts up an error about not being able to load RRPD.DLL. Then I uninstall the software and reinstall. It repeats the cycle described. On these machines I have only the runtime program installed. This does not happen on a Windows 2000 machine.____I tried to install the ...09 patch, but it did not solve the problem.____Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the file CDINTF.DLL is present in the RSWRUN.EXE directory try deleting or renaming it and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
