IIF Statements With Graphics?

I print labels from a payroll database and I would like to include some type of birthday graphic for employees celebrating their birthdays. Is there any way to insert a picture by specifying something like IIF(BIRTHDATE=DATE(),*insert this cute picture of a birthday cake*,^^)? ____Is this possible? Thanks!

The only way to do it would be to place the actual birthday cake image on a band line and then control the printing of that line with the logical condition.__So if you had several images, you would need a separate line/condition for each one.____Kathleen__R&R Support
