Win 2000 error exiting R&R 9

Hi,____Need some assistance with the below issue.____On Windows 2000 professional when exiting R&R version 9 the following error occurs;____Program Error__rsw.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You need to restart the program.____We have tried the General protection fault error fix that happens at the same point on Windows XP but to no avail, this includes renaming the cdintf.dll.____Thanks__James

Make sure that there are no instances of CDINTF.DLL available to this machine.____Kathleen__R&R Support

For information - I had the identical problem re exiting RSWRUN Runtime module [ver 9] screens and this method has resolved it as well. Thanks.____^pling
