Disk Defrag adn Pointers in RR

Is there anyway to do a disk clean-up or defrag to the libraries in R&R? If I do it to the hard drive will that help?____My employer has R&R v5 integrated with Power Plus 2.9. The reports always default to the drive they are on. Is there somewhere in R&R that it is set to look at the default drive?
