File Open errors

We are migrating to Win2000.____Our first R&R user of 2000 has Report Writer version 9. When she attempts to open a report, she gets the "<filename> is open, do you want to make a copy" error. This is not true for all reports, though.____We are on a Netware 4.11 network.____Thanks.

If you are running netware client 4.83 try installing 4.83SP1 and see if that helps. This update has corrected things for at least one user.____Kathleen__R&R Support

This was my biggest irritate with R&R and just did the 4.83SP1 install and it also solved this problem here.__I had Netware 4.81.__Thanks for finally posting a solution to this problem that is understandable and usable.
