Export to Excel

Can a report be run from a shortcut that will export automatically to Excel or is the export feature only available through the designer?

If the report has a record band you can in your runtime control file set RI_PRINTER=W and RI_OUTFILE to the name of the XLS file you wish to create.____Kathleen__R&R Support
