I^m having the same problem. It will work with an existing blank date expression in a query, but it won^t let you add a new one or modify an existing one. The workaround I^m using is to create a calculated field called "blankdate" with the expression: { / / }. Except I did mine with four spaces in the year position, which the forum software here won^t display. I think there might also be a way to share this calculated field between reports, but I don^t see anything about this in the help feature.__
