Rapid Runner and Viewer

I have one user that gets the message "Can^t find Viewer EXE error code 2" when she tries to run or preview in rapid runner. I have 10 others users with the same setup that do not have a problem. She can run a report from the viewer and she can run from report design. Any ideas?
