Shortcut error and R&R crashes

When I want to create a shortcut, following problem occurs:____RRICON ____Run-Time Error ^5^:__Invalid procedure call or argument____Using Win XP Prof. SP1 and R&R 10.1.003______Another problem, when exiting R&R Xbase edition after having run a report, it very often crashes (AppName: rrw.exe_ AppVer: 10.1.3.0 ModName: rrw.exe ModVer: 10.1.3.0 Offset: 000ae90d).____No Problem with same reports under Win 2000.____Any ideas ?____Thanks for an answer.

The shortcut error will happen if in the shortcut maker window the Runtime Program directory is blank. The directory path should appear above the directory selection box. Try changing drives and browsing the path until the path appears above the selection box. Once it does you will be able to use the shortcut maker correctly.____To avoid the crash on exit, delete or rename the file CDINTF.DLL that is in the R&R program directory.____Kathleen__R&R Support
