The error pops up when they log into the Citrix server.____Note: I forgot to mention that the error box is titled: RRBGSch, which is on the top left of the box. ____They never received this message until we upgraded their RRW to v.10+. No other changes were made.____Thanks,__Gkoziarski

The error sounds like it is coming from the old Report Scheduler that shipped with the earlier releases of R&R and is not part of Version 10. Did you un-install the old version before you did the Version 10 install?______Kathleen__R&R Support

The scheduler files would typically reside in program filescommon fileswall data. You might check if RRSERVER.EXE is running as service on the server and disable that.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hello Again,____No RRSERVER.EXE is running in services and when I removed the WALL DATA FOLDER from the PROGRAM FILESCOMMON FILES directory. We get a new error:____Cannot find the file C:PROGRAM FILESCOMMN FILESSCHEDULERRSERVER.EXE (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all require libraries are available. ______Is there something in the registry that is still referring ro the scheduler?____Thanks,__gkoziarski
