Runtime hang on Win 98

Post by G_Ondovchak_(Guest) » Mon Dec 08, 2003 3:14 pm

Does anyone know of any cases where the xbase runtime (V9.0.008) hangs on Win 98 second edition?____I have a user with many Win 98 workstations which are working fine but on one when the runtime is called it never does anything. It is loaded into memory because you can see it in the task manager.____I have looked for a DLL issue but everything seems to be up to date. I also looked for a possible rr.ini file but there was none.____Does anyone have any ideas?____Thanks.__George____PS Can you expand the name field on this forum? I feel slightly offended everytime it tells me mine is too long! :)

What happens if you double click execute RRWRUN.EXE on the problem machine and then manually select the report to be run?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Re-install and update to the 9.0.009 which is the latest V9 patch.____Kathleen__R&R Support
