Processor issue

Morning all____I wonder if anyone can shed a little light for me please, when we preview a report (Ver 10.0.010) to screen the processor max^s out and stays that way until you do something, use elevator or slide bar, as soon as you stop moving the processor max^s out again. ____The PC in Question is a Win2k machine with 256k ram, it also does it on the Citrix boxes we use, also running Win 2k ____Printing is fine, it^s only in the preview? ____Thanks in advance for your input :-)____

This is a known issue that is fixed in the latest 10.1.003 release.____Kathleen__R&R Support
