RR v8 runtime and Win XP

i have a customer that is running version 8.126 runtime and moved the workstations to XP - and now all the RR reports get the error message "R&R Report Viewer has encountered a problem and has to close". no other changes were made other than moving from Win/98 to Win/XP.____any ideas on this one? (i seem to remember one or more discussions on this error message over the last few months)____thanks,__nick__

The error is just a generic I am unhappy error.__I would first make sure that the users has the rights to create the output status file.__Then I would start looking for printer issues. Remember that in V8 we search for the saved printer before using the RI_WPTR or going for a default.__And make sure that they do indeed have a default printer.______Kathleen__R&R Support
