layout problem

we are runnig R&R 10 whit all patches now when we are running repports on a win 98 machine te report alows us to select the printer on the machine we want to use de default seeting of this printer are a layout of 89 mm x 100 mm this i working alright but when we are runnig the same on an win 2000 or win xp machine the printer whit the default layout 89 mm x 100 mm changed bij R&R tot 201 mmx 97 mm en we get an printer error how do we solve this problem i cant find where R&R is storring this page layout i can not change the R&R ini because we are runnig other repports Whit the same R&R run on our novell net whit other printers we nead to now why R&R change This layout on our printer Tec sx4 labelprinter the other laserprinters are working but the are printing all on a4 but the label printer needs to print on a layout

The problem that you are seeing is a bug with R&R. When a report has a custom page size, it cannot be transferred between XP and Windows 2000 machines. The only solution currently is to open the report in the Report Designer on the machine where you want to run it and then re-select the page size and save the report. Then it will work on that machine but not on any other XP/2000 machine.____We are currently working to address this issue in the next update.______Regards,__Kathleen__R&R Support
