Post by Chris_Barnes » Mon Oct 11, 2004 4:21 am

We are having difficulty running a report. Under certain conditions we get the following :____Fatal Error. Save your report and exit the program (9).____Is this a generic error or is there something we need to change on the report to stop this happening?____We are using Version 10.012____Thanks____C

Are you using any parameterr fields in your report? If so, you need to update to the latest build in order to avoid this error.____Regards,____Kathleen__R&R Support

It seems to be only some parameterr fields and is sometimes due to the default length of a character parameterr being different from the currently entered value.__You could try deleting and then re-creating the field in the bad report or setting a different default value and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
