No Browse available to select Master Table

I have an existing report built and want to change the master table from a location other than the default folder, but there is no "browse" available on the R&R display.____Does this have something to do with RSWSQL.ini settings?____I am using Intersolv 3.11 with Corel Paradox data tables____Thanks

It is the RSWSQL.INI file that controls whether directory browsing is enabled for a data source.__Here is the applicable setting____JoinAcrossDir__;This setting determines whether R&R will support cross-directory__;joins via the "Data Source" and "Directory" buttons on the Table__;dialog on desktop platforms.
