R&R and Averages

Post by Paula_Kluck_(Guest) » Wed Nov 03, 2004 6:46 pm

Hi, I have a report that I am doing an average of averages on. If I do the average on the report, it doesnt come up the same as if I do an average in Excel(using the average function in the same data). I get really off numbers on my report. I have heard averaging in R&R is tricky, any ideas or do i need to provide more info? I am using version 10.__Thanks!__

The only factors that would influence an average are whether the field being averaged is formatted to show zero or blank zero along with the reset level and accumulation frequency of the total.__I would check on the display setting first.____Kathleen__R&R Support
