Runtime Reporting Error

We have a client running reports using the RSWRUN.EXE file, and they seem to get the same error regardless of which report they execute. The error is:____DB Access - Sybase : CASS : EOF.Returned when there is no row to return.____The application which accesses the RSWRUN.EXE file is held on a Citrix Server.____We have tried using different versions of the runtime tool (from v8 to v10.1.3) without success.____If anyone has any ideas, they would be gratefully received.____Thanks,____Mike.
