RRW32.OCX Failed to Register

This message is received when trying to install R&R v11 runtime files on a Windows XP Profressional computer.____Error 1904. Module c:windowssystem32 rw32.ocx Failed to Register.____HResult -2147220473____How can fix this?

No. Installing from our own CD using InstallShield Express. ____We cannot manually register RRW32.ocx either.____Are special files needed for Win XP Pro computers?

We resolved this issue.____This computer contained v9x of the RRW32.ocx and RRW32.dll files rather than the v10.1. Where the v9x came from we do not know as we have only used v8.1 and 11.00 versions of R&R.____
